Enrollment Procedures

The application deadline for the 2016-2017 school year has now passed.  If you missed the deadline and would like to be added to the wait list for 9th grade enrollment, please complete the form linked below.

Application Distribution for school year 2017-2018

Noble campuses hold Admission Information Sessions (AIS) during the fall and winter months. Admission Information Sessions are designed to allow families the opportunity to visit/tour the campus, meet the administration team and students, learn about academics, enrichment, sports and summer college programs at the campus. This is also an opportunity to have all questions answered regarding Noble and that specific campus. Applications are distributed at the end of each session.

Admission Information Sessions are highly recommended so that you can see and learn about Noble for yourself. There are several sessions scheduled before the application deadline. However, if you cannot attend a scheduled session, you may also contact the campus and obtain an application at the school, by mail or you can APPLY HERE.

AIS #1: October 13th, 2016 at 6:00 p.m.

AIS #2: November 12th, 2016 at 9:00 a. m.

Application Deadline and Lottery Procedure

Students are required to complete an application and submit it by the deadline in order to participate in the Lottery for 9th grade enrollment. Once the application(s) are complete the applications are to be returned to their respective campuses by the deadline provided.  If applications are received after the deadline, those applicants will be placed on the campus’ waitlist in the order they were received.

Application Deadline is Friday, December 16th, 2016 at 5:00 p.m.

If demand exceeds open seats, a blind lottery is held after the application deadline.  Student test scores, grades, or special need information are not used in any way as part of the admissions process or lottery. The lottery is open to the public and conducted by drawing participants’ names from a rolling bin.   Enrollment is offered to the first names drawn, until all enrollment spots are filled.  Waitlist numbers are assigned in the same manner until all names have been pulled from the bin.  If needed, the lottery will take place on Saturday, February 4th, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. Attendance at the lottery is optional and will not affect the outcome.

Admission Notification Letters

Families whose applications are received by the deadline, should expect a letter from our central office with the admission results from UIC College Prep and other NOBLE campuses. Letters will be mailed the week of February 13th, 2017. You will receive one letter from our central office with the status for all the NOBLE campuses. If you do not receive your notification letter by February 20th, 2017, please contact our central office at (773) 278-6895 or email enrollment@noblenetwork.org Students may receive multiple offers, of which they may only accept one. This letter must be returned to secure a student’s enrollment/waitlist spot.
